Dr. Ricardo

Dr. Ricardo Huerta-Andrade graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes in Aguascalientes, Mexico and obtained his dental degree in 1996. He completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in
2002, at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. That year, Dr Ricardo completed his board certification. He has also completed advanced training in Endodontics, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Periodontics, and Airway Dentistry.

His continuing passion for learning and education motivated him to also become a specialist in Prosthodontics in 2005 for 3 years and with an additional 2 years become part of the international elite as the prestigious Second Gerald N. Graser Prosthodontic Fellow with concentration in Dental Implant Surgery and Restoration graduating in 2007. The same year, Dr. Ricardo also graduated from the two-year Geriatric Dentistry Fellowship.

He has served as a Specialist Dental Consultant for the Veterans Administration Medical Centers in Canandaigua and Rochester, New York for more than a decade. He has also served as an Advanced Dentistry and Specialty Professor, Researcher and Lecturer in several Universities worldwide. He is currently in private practice.
Dr. Ricardo holds memberships in several dental organizations including the American Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontists, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics and American Prosthodontic Society.

He has been honored with the single most prestigious distinction in the World a Dentist can have for a lifetime professional trajectory: Fellowship of the International College of Dentists.
