Dr. Guarnieri has been practicing general dentistry in the Pittsford area since 1981. He is a graduate of Niagara University, the Howard University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., Misch Implant Institute, and the KOIS Center for Dental Education. He completed his dental residency at Strong Memorial Hospital. He is recently involved with the Kois Mentoring Program.

Dr. Guarnieri maintains the highest levels of accreditation and pursues ongoing educational opportunities to stay abreast of the latest in dentistry. The doctor is CAMBRA certified and one of the first to offer the evidence based CariFree technology for his patients. He upholds the values of integrity, honesty and respect for all.
