At Pittsford Smiles Dental, we will be happy to electronically file your insurance claim on your behalf. Please bring your completed form or any other information you think we might need with you on the day of your appointment.
We will even run interference with your insurance company if any billing-related or treatment-related questions arise, so that you may receive your benefits in a timely manner.
